A christening {vanilla} cake for Alex

Last Sunday we attended the christening of our baby niece, Alex.

I seem to be writing a number of baby related blog posts at the moment which is certainly not intentional. I just seem to be spending a fair bit of time with babies this summer, in particular, our niece who is just the most gorgeous little person there ever was. I admit, I could be slightly biased.

A birthday {carrot} cake for Izzy & Benji

The sun has got his hat on, hip hip hooray! What wonderful weather we are having here in London! I know, it’s ever so British of me to talk about the weather, but how lovely it is to be able to say something positive for once. And it’s apparently going to stay for a bit longer. Yes people, we’re in for a HEATWAVE!!!

Glastonbury 2013

Hi peeps! We have just returned from an EPIC 4 days at Glastonbury. This is actually my second third attempt at writing this post. For some reason I thought I’d be able to pen something coherent on Monday, but turns out I was too delirious/hysterical from the lack of sleep. I was tempted to post my first draft anyway, but it really was utter poo and sadly, not as funny as I had originally thought. Yesterday I fared no better, and now I have this blasted cold. But it’s a week since I lasted posted and I don’t want you to think I’m neglecting you, so I’m just going to plough on and hope for the best. Third time’s a charm…
